Awesome experience. The course was filled with so many real-life case studies and examples. I really liked the pace of the course. Martin and Russel were complementing each other which made the class very engaging and fun, which was really important if you are attending the class after a full day job.
The class gives a great perspective on being an Agile Leader. It was very insightful, interesting and engaging. Martin and Russells' vast knowledge was shared with students easily.
If you are looking forward to diving into Scrum, I recommend Martin as a trainer because he brings theory and practice together.
The immersive PSPO training was amazing and would recommend this format over anything else. Having the time to have conversations and activities was much better than trying to consume information in a short period of time. Having the training each week also allowed me to use what I had learnt in real workplace settings and it allows for a deeper understanding of Scrum and Agile. Martin himself is fantastic and so friendly and engaging. He has a wealth of experience and can give real life examples for almost any situation.
Scrum training as anchored by Martins was excellent. It is learning curve for me as it directly applies to my job role particularly in the executing of project in an incremental manner. The adaptive approach of ensuring most valuable functionality is produced first while maintaining high interaction with the stakeholders with the definition of done is the way to go in managing a project.
